Initiate a Return Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the cartridges in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box to prevent processing delays.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Use the prepaid shipping label provided via email or choose your preferred carrier to send the items back to our central distribution center for inspection.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
